The company needed to understand how Climate Change impacts their business and prioritise their sustainability goals.
Challenge
The company needed to bring together climate champions within the business to formulate a Sustainability Strategy. The aim was to engage management and employees to align sustainability strategy to the business strategy. Red Mills were focusing on building resilience within the business to handle any issues related to Climate Change, Sustainability and Compliance.

Solution
Veri Connect delivered Climate Action 101 to 2 groups of employees in Red Mills.
We upskilled the Sustainability Team in basic Climate Change principles, using a blended learning approach including interactive breakout rooms, shared boards, group exercises supported by various multimedia course materials. Practical field sessions allowed for experiential place-based learning.
We educated the management team on the likely impacts of Climate Change and how it will affect their business. This allowed them to build resilience, mitigate risks, identify opportunities and draft company policies in response.
